A Marin native with more than 15 years of tech and advertising leadership experience, Kristin Widergren Estrella combines deep local roots with a modern, strategic approach to real estate. Born a Widergren, her family has proudly served the Marin community through Shades of Marin since the 1950s — a legacy that shaped her appreciation for craftsmanship, connection, and integrity.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Kristin led high-performing teams in the technology and advertising sectors, gaining experience across global markets that deepened her appreciation for diverse perspectives and the many ways people define “home.” She now brings that same focus to helping clients navigate Marin’s competitive market — blending data-driven strategy with grounded, human guidance.

Clients describe her as professional, relatable, and refreshingly real — the kind of partner who makes big decisions feel simpler and more supported. A Marin Catholic alum and lifelong Bay Area native, Kristin finds balance through yoga, creative projects, and time with her two rescue dogs. Married to another Bay Area native, she volunteers with a dog rescue organization and remains deeply connected to the communities that have shaped her.
